STATS & ANALYTICS:
Web Analytics is the study of the visitor(s) of a website. Web Analytics can tell us: Information about the demographics of our visitors, Where they live, When they visited, How a visitor found our site, How they navigated through the site (and ultimately how & where they went).
The Benefits of Good Web Analytics at the very least, allows us to:
- Track the number of visitors per day, week, year, etc.
- Track the number unique vs. returning visitors.
- Gauge Search Engine Optimization efforts.
- See
which pages are being visited, pages entered and left.
